To whom is hair transplantation performed?

Hair transplantation operation can be performed on all individuals of all ages, who have had hair loss problems for various reasons, in men and women from the ages of 19-20, do not have a physiological disease that prevents hair transplantation and have enough follicles in the donor area.

Does the transplanted hair fall out?

Since the grafts taken from the donor area (nape) with personalized planning are coded not to fall out, the transplanted hair does not fall out unless there are diseases that require chemotherapy.

Is hair transplantation a painful process?

The cause of hair loss should be well investigated. If the hair loss problem is caused by genetic reasons, hair transplantation should be preferred. There is no treatment other than hair transplantation for the problem of hair loss caused by genetic reasons. The FUE method, which is the most innovative method and gives the best results without leaving a trace, is very popular in the hair transplant world. The main feature and advantage of this method is that the roots can be taken one by one with a cylindrical scalpel with a diameter of 1 mm and thus the required number of roots for planting can be taken without leaving any traces.

Hair transplantation performed with the Sapphire FUE Method is performed in the same way as the traditional FUE in terms of the procedures to be performed. So what’s the difference? The difference is in the type of blade used when opening the channels. Although all stages of hair transplantation are very important, opening the channels can be considered as the most important step to achieve a natural and intense result, and at this point Sapphire FUE comes into play.
After the number of follicular units to be transplanted is removed from the donor area, the channels are opened. For this, the natural direction of the hair is taken into account and appropriate incisions are made to open the channels.

The DHI method is a variation of the FUE technique and, like the FUE method, the removal of follicular units is done with a cylindrical scalpel specially designed for this purpose. The most important difference from DHI is the device used to implant the roots in the recipient area (“Choi Implanter” or “Choi Pen”). Since the Choi pen is indispensable in the DHI method, the procedure is often referred to as “Choi Pen Hair Transplantation”.
